Instructed Activities
Let the trained MiCamp Instructors guide you through these amazing activities. 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions available.

ClimbingLet one of our qualified instructors create an awesome space for your campers to learn & experience climbing - Great for all ages.
*Group must provide 1 supervisor for this activity. Raft BuildingIn a session, the participants will learn to tie knots, work as a team to plan, build and race their raft!

ZIPLINEOur zipline can challenge and excite! We can help you face your fears and come out smiling. This is a great activity run by our qualified instructors.

Supervisor led Activities
The MiCamp Staff will train an adult supervisor so that they understand the safety requirements and their role and responsibility for each activity.
In order to ensure the competency of the supervision of the activities we require that the supervisors be assigned to an activity and not rotate with the group.

ArcheryLearn the skills required to use a bow to shoot an arrow. Test your aim with others in your group.
GeocachingUsing a Garmin GPS the students need to find a "waypoint" marker around camp whist learning about native trees.
Swimming PoolNothing beats a swim on a hot day. Sports PackHire a sports pack including, cricket gear, soccer ball, volley ball and rugby ball. Other items available on request.
Water SlideOur double water slide is a huge hit for any age range.

Air RiflesPeople of all ages get a kick out of loading and firing a rifle. The satisfying 'ping' when the slug pellet hits its target!
Bush CraftLearn about survival in the NZ bush! This activity works best with someone passionate about the enviorment.

Lake Taupo & Taupo TownshipLake Taupo is on MiCamp Taupo's doorstep. If you wish to explore the Taupo Town, it's only a 30min drive north from camp.
