LIT's are assigned to a cabin to assist cabin leaders. They spend the afternoons in the LIT Program. They are expected to help out just like the other helper leaders. As a leader in training, you need to take direction from cabin leaders as they have more experience. |
Cabin Leaders are directly responsible for 8-10 campers, always with the assistance with at least one LIT. This includes ( but not limited to) making campers feel at home, hanging out with them, helping supervise activities, being actively involved during chapel time, leading devotionals, overseeing duties, monitoring meal times and shining your light for Jesus! |
