Facilities available at the Taupo camp site are, an auditorium that seats 140, a large Rec Hall, a dining room that seats 200, a pergola with panoramic views of the lake, a children's playground, volley ball court, tennis court,  girls and boys toilets and a disability toilet and a large multipurpose field.
